Über 1801&Co

1801&Co ist eine Druckerei, die einen kompletten Druck- und Laserschneideservice für Heimdekoration, Hochzeiten und Veranstaltungen anbietet, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Acrylprodukten liegt. Alle Artikel werden in ihrem Werk in Minneapolis, MN, entworfen und hergestellt, wo sie Stücke für besondere Anlässe, ob groß oder klein, anfertigen.

Es ist die Erfolgsgeschichte eines Familienunternehmens. 1801&Co wurde 2016 gegründet und hieß zunächst Paper Supply Station. Der Name änderte sich 2019 nach einem Glücksfall, der sie zum Erfolg führte.

Eine berühmte Lifestyle-Bloggerin hat eines unserer Partybanner für ihren wunderschön gestalteten Junggesellinnenabschied gekauft und ein professionelles Foto mit dem Banner im Hintergrund gepostet. Das Banner war sehr gewagt und ihr Foto wurde zu einem Internet-Meme … mit unserem Firmennamen!”.

Die Herausforderung

Der manuelle Arbeitsaufwand hielt 1801&Co zurück

Eines der Probleme, die es in jedem Unternehmen zu lösen gilt, ist die Reduzierung der manuellen Arbeit. Umso mehr, wenn Sie anpassbare Produkte verkaufen. In diesem Fall können Ihren Kunden den Großteil der Aufgaben überlassen und es ihnen ermöglichen, ihr eigenes Design zu erstellen.

Bevor sich das Team von 1801&Co für Zakeke entschied, war es von Kundenanfragen für Produktanpassungen überwältigt. Außerdem gab es immer wieder Kunden mit besonderen Bedürfnissen, mit denen langwierige Gespräche geführt werden mussten, bevor man sich auf das endgültige Design einigen konnte.

Unser Team war mit Anfragen nach maßgefertigten Designs überfordert und wir wollten unseren Kunden eine Alternative anbieten. Viele unserer Kunden waren auch sehr anspruchsvoll und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass sie viele Aufgaben lieber selber erledigen würden. Durch die Partnerschaft mit Zakeke konnten wir unseren Kunden diese Option anbieten.

Wir haben vor Zakeke andere Lösungen ausprobiert. Sie waren sehr umständlich und schwer zu bedienen. Sie waren überhaupt nicht intuitiv oder benutzerfreundlich. Im Gegenteil dazu ist Zakeke für beide Seiten intuitiv und benutzerfreundlich – für uns und für unsere Kunden.

1801 & Co erkannten sofort, dass Zakeke das Tool war, nach dem das Unternehmen gesucht hatte: es ist einfach zu bedienen, wird kontinuierlich aktualisiert und das Support-Team ist reaktionsschnell und hilfreich.

Mir wurde schnell klar, dass sich die Bedienung dieser Software anders anfühlte. Es fühlte sich intuitiv an, und schon bei den ersten Gesprächen mit dem Zakeke-Team konnte ich feststellen, dass sie mit großem Engagement daran arbeiten, das Produkt noch besser zu machen. Es gibt häufige Aktualisierungen und Funktionserweiterung und das Support-Team antwortet schnell. Das Team von Zakeke ist sehr darauf bedacht, wie die Benutzer die Software verwenden, und stellt sicher, dass sie auch wirklich funktioniert und für den Kunden benutzerfreundlich ist. Das ist genau das, wonach ich gesucht habe.

Wir machen viel mehr Umsatz! Da wir nicht jedes Design einzeln mit unseren Kunden ausarbeiten müssen, konnten wir unsere Preise sehr niedrig halten und jetzt auch ein größeres Auftragsvolumen annehmen. Seit wir Zakeke nutzen hat sich unser Umsatz verdoppelt. Unser Team kann sich auf die Aufgaben konzentrieren, die unseren Mitarbeitern am meisten Spaß machen, und das spiegelt sich in unserem Wachstum wider. Unser Team ist insgesamt viel zufriedener und unsere Kunden sind es auch!
